Day 1 — Friday 9 October

    Briefing

    We walk you through the rules, the judging and every condition in detail.

  2. 11:00

    Build time starts

    Eight hours of pure build time, plus a one-hour break to eat and recharge.

  3. 21:00

    Pitch deck deadline

    Every team sends its pitch deck by 21:00 — upload it on the Submission page of your dashboard (a PDF, PowerPoint or a link).

Plan to be with us from 10:00 until 21:00.

Day 2 — Saturday 10 October

OMNI AI Summit

Baku Convention Center, Tabriz str. 130 · Hall B

    The selection

    Your first judges will not be human. GPT and Claude, two of the strongest AI models in the world, review every project and choose the 30 finalists — live on the OMNI AI Summit stage.

  2. 15:00

    The final

    All 30 finalist teams take prize places. From 15:00 they pitch their projects on stage to an international jury and a full hall.

21:00 on day one is a hard stop

The pitch deck is what the first round reads. It cannot change after the deadline, and nor can the competition version of the project. You may keep preparing how you present it on stage.

One building, both days

Everything happens at the Baku Convention Center, Tabriz str. 130. You build there on Friday and come back on Saturday, when the final runs in Hall B alongside the OMNI AI Summit.
